At A Grade Aesthetics, all appointments must be made in advance, and we kindly ask that you complete a consultation form detailing your recent medical history before you arrive. We believe in offering a truly personalised experience, so appointments are strictly one-on-one. This allows you to relax and focus entirely on your treatment.

With a wealth of experience, we’re dedicated to helping you become the best version of yourself. During your thorough consultation, we’ll carefully discuss your skin needs, review your medical history, and agree on realistic and sympathetic treatment goals. We can also create a longer-term skin strategy to suit your lifestyle and aims, if appropriate.

Some treatments may require a patch test, which must be carried out at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please note that deposits may be needed to secure specific treatments. We also take before-and-after photographs as part of your medical record; these will only be used for marketing if you give explicit consent or decide to join a promotional campaign.

Please be aware that we do not treat anyone under 18. If you are fortunate enough to look under 18, you may be asked to provide ID — we hope you’ll take it as a compliment!

Important Update Regarding Prescription Treatments

Following the latest UK aesthetics regulations, all clients must now be seen in person by a qualified prescriber before any prescription-only products (such as toxin, vitamin injections) can be administered.

This means a face-to-face consultation at our clinic is required before treatment. This step is essential to ensure your safety, confirm your suitability for the procedure, and comply with national healthcare guidelines.
