At A Grade Aesthetics, we provide a range of blemish removal treatments for common minor skin imperfections. Many of these lesions are harmless but may be removed for cosmetic reasons following a full consultation.

Conditions treated include:
- Telangiectasia – fine, visible red veins close to the skin’s surface.
Spider Naevus – a central red spot with tiny vessels branching outward like a spider. - Campbell de Morgan Spots – small red vascular spots, also known as cherry angiomas.
- Skin Tags – soft, harmless growths often found in friction areas such as the neck or underarms.
- Milia – small white keratin-filled cysts commonly seen around the eyes and cheeks.
- Small Area hair removal (face, upper lip, chin)- hair reduction or removal treatment
- Mole Removal – Reducing or removing raised, benign moles. All lesions are assessed prior to treatment, and any lesion that appears irregular or suspicious will be referred for medical evaluation.
Patch Test treatment will be required.
