Wondering if our treatments are right for you?
We’ll take the time to understand your unique goals and explore all the options available to enhance your natural beauty. When you are ready we will guide you every step of the way.
We offer options for all over 18s. If you are lucky enough to look youthful, please do not be offended when I.D. is requested.
How do I get to the clinic?
The address of the clinic is:
114 Cleveland Road, West Ealing, London, W13 0EL UK
By Car
There is free parking on the street outside the clinic.
Do I need to fill out a consent form?
You must fill out a medical history and consent form as part of your initial consultation.
Information will be gathered to assess suitability for treatment. All documents will be held securely to comply with GDPR legislation. Photographs will be taken before and after treatment to comply with insurance requirements.
Will I have a review post-treatment?
Some treatments require a follow up review but if you have any concerns after any of our treatments we will always be welcome to arrange a follow-up consultation or call. We are always happy to address any concerns you may have.
How are payments made?
We require a small deposit to secure your appointment for treatment.
Payment of the balance is required in full at the time of treatment, either by cash or by card. Bank transfers must be paid in advance, as on occasion, they take time to register.
Package offers must be used within 6 months of purchase, cannot be transferred to additional people, and cannot be refunded if not used.
Will the treatment hurt?
As we are all individuals, we experience sensations at different levels. Some clients find most therapies painless, while others find them slightly uncomfortable but tolerable. If, however, you are more sensitive and would feel happier with a numbing agent, please apply this from home to give the product time to work before arrival. Unfortunately, due to insurance considerations, we are unable to provide a numbing agent.
Do I need to patch test?
Specific treatments require patch testing to see suitability for treatment and insurance compliance. Therapies such as tattoo removal and electrolysis require a patch test to assess the skin’s reaction to treatment, and 48 hours to 2 weeks will be requested to see if any adverse reaction has occurred.
Will I need to bring a doctor's note for treatment?
Specific therapies require a doctor’s note to approve the suitability for treatment.
I have medical issues; will you treat me?
Please outline all of your medical issues on the consent form, including any problems you may have had in the past with medication reactions. It is your responsibility to be honest and truthful on the consent form and also adhere to the aftercare protocol, as adverse reactions caused by non-compliance are your sole responsibility.
If the treatment is unsafe, please understand that we reserve the right to refuse treatment.
Can I bring my friends along?
We love creating a calm and focused environment for our clients during their treatments. To ensure you have the best experience possible, we kindly ask that only the person receiving the treatment attends their appointment. This helps us keep things relaxed and ensures that everyone gets the full attention they deserve.
What are your cancellation policy requirements?
48 hours notice will be required if you decide to cancel your appointment; the deposit will be forfeited after this time.
Rescheduling
Lateness of over 15 minutes will require rebooking and an additional deposit to be paid, as the clinic cannot hold spaces for late arrivals. We endeavour to run to a timely schedule.
Can I opt out of treatment or am I obliged to proceed?
You are fully entitled to opt out of treatment at any stage. There is no pressure, you can take time to decide and can go away to decide if the treatment is right for you.
